Alright, so people can infuse dust into their bodies for a temporary boost right? And they can weave it into clothes as well?

Can people make dust tattoos that work similar to one or the other but, you know, without the non-permanence/cloth? Not actually going to do anything with the idea probably. But it was interesting in my head.
