Actually I'll be annoyed if it violates GWG's lore. (That being, heaven is just a huge beuacracy where all the angels do paperwork for the most part.)

Alright, looking at the stats the hammer is better if I intend to be a brick wall (which I kind of am) but It also depends on what the weapon switching rules are since I'd probably want to use my hatchet when possible to avoid breaking my hammer quickly.

Another option (that I personally find interesting) is to simply 'wing it' so to say. Ether assigning willpower tests when you think it's thematically appropriate, or finding a rate of losing control that you want and then moving the mechanics until they specifically fit that. Bottom up design basically.
This seems like the best idea to me.

Yeah, Scap does that a lot.

It's kind of disappointing really. Because other than that they're pretty good when it comes to games.
