Appearance: This guy puts you in mind of a busy bee. He has narrow orange eyes that are like two chunks of amber. His fine, curly, alabaster hair is worn in a style that reminds you of a porcupine's quills. He is very tall and has a graceful build. His skin is white. He has large hands. He tends to wear peasant's clothes when not going into open battle. If he’s prepared he dresses in the typical ninja fashion adorned with extra weapons and armor in key locations. He carries a short bow with either outfit.

Background: Kenta is the first born of the Iga clan and should, by birthright be the one to head it on his father’s passing. However, following an incident involving two miko and his sister, he was passed over by his elders and instead it was decided that the title would be passed on to his sister. He decided the best way to take back his birthright would be to go out and pass her up by saving the world even more. (Well, their section of the world but still.)
Advantage: The Iga Armory: It simply wouldn’t do if a ninja were to run out of weapons would it? Forgoing a katana, Kenta instead has access to a nearly unlimited amount of weapons kept within scrolls he keeps on his belt. He has three scrolls that correspond to Bo-shuriken, Arrows, and Bombs. As with all magical peoples of Gensokyo, Kenta can fly.
Stats: Describe your character's abilities. These are the sum total of their abilities after all factors; for example, if you're not very strong, but you've got a miniature mech that you ride around and crush things in with overpowering strength, you've got a high melee stat. 14 points to be assigned at the start.
Melee: 2 Kenta, as with many denizens of Gensokyo, tends to forgo melee options with due to the popularity of the Danmaku system and his own personal preference.
Ranged: 4 The trade off to not specializing in melee fighting is that Kenta is quite adept with ranged options. It helps that he throws a LOT of them at once.
Mobility: 4 Being a ninja, Kenta has trained to move around quickly and quietly. It also means that he’s a very dodgy person.
Defense: 2 Unlike his sister, Kenta really cannot take a hit.
Super: 4
Skills: Kanton-no-Jutsu: Spark: A heavier version of the flame summoning he uses to light bombs, which he uses to breath fire upon the enemy for heavy damage. 2 turn cooldown, requires melee range.
Poisoned Touch: After an encounter with an upset doll, Kenta has received a lot of poisons, which he uses now on his arrows. Poisons a target for three turns. 3 turn cool down.
Field Medicine: Too much medicine is poison to the body. Kenta will apply just enough to his allies though. Heals an Ally. 2 turn cooldown.
Supers: Kanton-no-Jutsu: Engulfing flame: Kenta ups the power he puts into his typical flame summoning until it can engulf an area in front of him in flames. It’s somewhat slow so an enemy could conceivably dodge it, but the flames are so intense that any projectiles would be destroyed before hitting Kenta for two turns.
Bukijutsu: Dragon’s Bite: A much faster technique, and a signature of Kenta, Dragon’s bite has him opening his Shuriken scroll and his bomb scroll to bombard the enemy for a turn. Assuming he actually hits more than half of them it deals heavy damage before he ends off by firing an arrow at an enemy with almost unerring accuracy. This attack is technically cheating under danmaku rules and as such, it should be impossible to dodge it without cheating as well.
