Death Knight removal. Because a lot of sentient undead who are high powered like them have tight schedules where they're rented by necromancers. That's part of the reason hordes of zombies seem to just retreat after a while.

In regards to demon cops:  Of course they have laws and people to enfoce them. They're a society just like any other.

In regards to Spensir:  Well, there is a zombie horde gathering outside the city. And a job for local heroes.
