The dwarf nods and goes back to cleaning that glass. You know the one. It's already clean and you can tell but for no reason what so ever the bartender is cleaning it. Like, seriously dude, how in gods name do you not wear through the glass? And it's only old bartenders that do it to. The younger ones always seem kind of flirty with the clientele...

Oh right, the atmosphere is kind of business casual, tasteful even. And also, it seems like most people are ready to shoot people who come through the door. Well, not actively but like, if they had to.

Kyle sits there for a few moments as he thinks. Is he okay? Should he answer honestly if he isn't? Yes. Yes is the answer to both questions. The guy will probably think he's crazy but that's not the worst thing to happen to him.

Kyle gets up with a sigh.
"'Why?' You may ask. I'll tell you. So, the first thing I remember is being around a friend earlier yesterday. That's the only thing I really remember. I don't remember how I got their, I don't even remember where I live if I did live somewhere. So I come here and I stay the night. Bad idea for me since my room went all eldritch on me and I couldn't sleep. After an entire night of fear hiding under my pillow I come out to hear screaming. And that was also mistake because nothing was here so I decided to hug the asphalt until things didn't hate me. In short, I am not okay and now wish that I died before the point I remember things."
