a cooldown for magic would probably drasticaly decrease Icarus potential, until she actually gets the HYDRA body, as her skills are currently locked at medium, but other than that, I am all for it.

perhaps something along the lines of Level-1 turns of cooldown (so small spells have no cooldown).

Though on the other hand, it will lengthen battles considerably, which is a enough of a downside for me to say nope, screw that noise

In order, because it's funny, that was related to the shipping thing, and I thought it would be a funny idea.

Oh. That sounds... Not like something I would want to do, sorry. I think I'm going to go with my original idea instead.

Also... How much of a disadvantage would a cooldown for magic be? As in when you cast that spell, you can't cast any spells of a similar level or higher on your next turn. You can still cast smaller spells without that cooldown of course, but you can't fling around the higher spells every turn like Dalia is fond of doing.
It'd probrobably nueter you some.

Probably higher risk higher reward. I sincerely doubt that it will always do top damage unless it was buffed by people. And also, you forgot that healers can make people survive the ten damage per turn and he can only cast his ten damage per turn on one person, if not once per fight. Really, it's quite survivable.
