Kyle starts carving notches in the sticks to put the heads in, he makes sure to set aside the best flints first and measure them compared to the stick for the best fit he can. He uses the lesser flints to get a better edge on the better flints if needed.

To be fair, my characters business is run out of the bar pretty much.
And yes, Kyle could have the entire force of the Mechamooses as a harem but he's just being a good sport about being that big of a pimp.
