I have several powers that I am currently choosing from, but I think that one really treads the line between portals and not-portals.

The Vault: A pocket dimension of sorts, in which Z can store objects, as well as take them out and launch them out of the Vault at high speeds.

Also, would this count as a Magi power, or do I have to go with something else?
Magi power. And it won't count as portals unless he can open only one at a time.

No Smurf, it simply borrows from some things that I already made there. Also, Kyle exists but that's a given.

I am planning on most higher tier cyborg implants to take two or three missions worth of trade points to buy.

Magi would be a character who has a base power that lets them use different spells that use the base power. So for example Naruto would be a magi and his powers would be based around ninjutsu. He'd also be really fucking bad at being a ninja.

And MV, you know that if you lose the focus you can't use magic.

I was thinking of making a class called the Animagus which is based around anime tropes and magic which would be more CQC and flighty than the others.
Also Tech and cyborg would fit that. Trust me, one example of the Tech class in universe is Master Chief in deep purple armor that can fly and makes really cool things. Like a plasma thrower.

That is in fact the logic I'm using. Also it's better than doing both M skills devided by two.

I will point out that it still has caps, the implants just raise them and also, if the team is mostly composed of cyborgs expect enemies to bring EMPs more than they would.

PN:  Equipment provides a flat bonus to your character, replaces their normal melee attack (say, a pistol has the character roll 1dwhatever for attacks) or is a one use item that buffs or debuffs.

SS:  Depends on what the alien does, if it just acts as an attachment then maybe cyborg would work better. If it can come off, say there's a leash on it or something, then it will fit the class perfectly.

MV:  I'd invest some more points in skill as otherwise you run the risk of hitting everything but what you want to hit.
