Casimir clears his throat, the car ride and various warnings and threats (implied or otherwise) having made him more than a little wary of opening his mouth, but the threat of Ramiel or Blitzgott starting introductions off was more than enough to make him get over the fear of misspeaking. "Ah yes, that doesn't surprise me. We only just recently had some newer recruits, never mind the fact that we're a rather new company. I'm Casimir, from Kazimierz, I'm one of the founding members and specialize in close combat as well as having an eye for picking out small details. The Sankta is Ramiel, the Oni is Blitzgott, and the one in the armor is Stasi. I hope we can prove that we can get the job done here and do so in a manner that's more than satisfactory for both our groups." He leans back slightly in his chair side eyeing the others to see if they have anything to add, and praying it would go over well if they did.

"Well, then..."

Ryuuji stood on the Player 2 side and inserted a coin. The acreen blared "NEW CHALLENGER GET IN" loudly.

"I wonder how your Lithuanian karateka will hold up to Lie Meiling's Bajiquan... Lithuanian character? That's rare. What will be next, Peruvian Taekwondo master?"

Tomomi smirked in amusement at the thought, trying to find the words to continue with Ryuuji's comment. He failed, of course. He never was much for conversations even if it was a topic he enjoyed. At least, not with people he'd known for only a few hours. After a few moments thinking, the time was over and the match was starting, causing the glasses wearing man to frown slightly. As the announcer counts down though, he quietly sighs and instead uses his hands to talk. Namely, opening up with a small combo. Nothing crazy, just feeling out how Ryuuji would play the match and get an idea of his strategy going forward.

Dani and Joan, Spray

Dani sighed and slowly tilted Joan back, letting go of her as she began to tilt back. The gun slowed in the air as it transformed back into her human form, her skirt coming up as she dropped onto her feet, frowning at Maxwell. "You weren't trying to sleep before I got here and you aren't going to after I leave either. You've been upset about something and I can tell you aren't just going to drop it yourself. Like, look, I know this is the first time we've met but do you really want to leave it pissed with each other?"

Dani considered telling Max about Joan, but assumed he'd understand in short enough time. Also, it was fun to fuck with people like that. With that rather quickly decided in his head, Dani responded with a shrug. "Oh, I got more than you at least. Lord Death gave me this contract, was kind of cagey on details but that's normal for him. Showed up on the bank of this river and a ferryman helped me across and I got the basics from Lord Death on the way. Promised extra credit but I'll be honest, I somehow think that I'm not going home until Joan here is a Death weapon."  He hefts the shotgun up by it's strap, indicating that it's the aforementioned Joan.

Dani had gone to work tracking down the more deflated soul he'd notices, but when he was about to try the door, he noticed he could sense some more... normal, souls. After thinking about it, he let his hand drop from the door and instead went to one with only a human in it before knocking.

Rory, Yukari

Rory nods, being more than happy to get off the topic of their shitty home. "Yeah, that'd be a good idea. I... think any of these rooms would do. Alternatively I think there's an engineering bay that may have more tools to use but... I get the feeling you aren't going to use any "traditional" tools for this." Rory tilts his head, half expecting to be proven wrong.

Dani and Joan, Aurora

Dani listened for a moment, his face a stoney mask before finally he nodded and gave a thumbs up. "I got it. Moved up from small time to big game hunting then. Well, I don't know if these things got souls but I imagine that Joan will be getting do death weapon status in no time... Right, should explain that especially since you don't know what a Kishin egg is." Dani straightens up as he prepares his lesson. "Every living being has a soul right? Well, when you commit grave evils, your soul starts to change, turning redder and gaining a hexagonal pattern. When this change is completed it turns into what we call a Kishin Egg. A Kishin Egg turns the one it belongs to into a monster, stronger, tougher, sometimes borderline feral depending on the nature of the crime committed. A bit after the Great War lord death decided that maybe having just an army of soldiers to deal with things wasn't the best idea and founded the DWMA, where the combat courses train pairs like me and Joan to hunt Kishin eggs and the NOT course trains future diplomats and other people of import to the world and generally encourages cooperation." Dani finishes with a slight smile, pleased that he remembered all that without stuttering, before frowning and holding up a finger.

"Right, one last detail. They're called eggs so I'm sure you've picked up on the fact that they probably grow into something." He looks more serious, as if he's remembering an unpleasant memory. "When a Kishin Egg is allowed to feast on enough innocent souls, it grows into a full Kishin. There's only ever been one in history, and Lord Death used his soul to seal him within a prison of his own skin. That should have been the end of it but several years ago when I was a third year, the academy was attacked by the organization "Arachnophobia", lead by the witch Archne. Every student and Death Weapon wielder was called into the fight, and many died, with Lord Death taking a near fatal wound during it. But the school's top students managed to finally kill the Kishin...." He trails off for a few moments before clearing his throat and smiling once again. "So yeah, some pretty heavy stuff if I don't do my job!"
