Kyle moved in from one of the bigger cities with his family for reasons none of them will talk about. Maybe they're normal, maybe they were moved because of some side of the law. Either way, Kyle is a trouble maker and a bit of a delinquent despite being about as scary as a Bunneary. He got his Ralts shortly after moving in, which some of the others would realize is probably about the time they were more sympathetic to him. When he found it, and a rather gory scene he refuses to talk about, it was injured severely. Kyle was obviously not the one who did nor did he say who did it though. According to him there were poachers that attacked the poor thing and it's family. Plausible but coming from him might have been a lie. He was given ownership of it after taking it to the local Pokemon Center and it's been his partner in crime ever since.

He also babysits. The kids like his juggling.

You could describe the feelings she's going through, how they affect her and what different ones could be triggers.

I actually specified what feeling my character had and how it triggered him.

Psyshock as that's apparently the only one a Ralts can learn.

It shouldn't take long, we're just using the base book to run it after all.

Also, am I allowed to put a TM on my starter so they have an attack before the next level?

Actually that could be interesting. Raiding a secret lab and finding oddly typed pokemon.
