I believe it was changed from the original bizarre slime thing that's in the thread originally to something like 'yeah... monster people are really fucking diverse so it most likely works'.

Of course, Tonberries are mostly sheltered most likely.

"Okay, now, think about it from a humans point of view, there's a race dedicated just to killing them for no apparent reason, they're by far the least plentiful people in the world now, and the few who aren't slaves to monsters have to worry about the ones who want to take them in various ways. Wouldn't you be scared and more prone to attacking? And also, that's only a small number who actually are violent or inherently mean."

For the record Keith is a pretty bad person at times.

Tom take her to his room leading her to the bed and indicating to her to get on it. He sits down on it himself after she does so.
