Appearance, normal: This hateful man has hooded green eyes that are like two clumps of moss. His fine, straight, hair is the color of obsidian, and is worn in a carefully-crafted style. He has a thin build. His skin is cream-colored. He has thick eyebrows and a large mouth.
Appearance, transformed: This gentle magi has round violet eyes and very short, wavy, silky, ivory hair worn in a utilitarian style. He has an overmuscled build. His costume is mostly white, and it is essentially a doctor's labcoat. He wears a gas mask that is designed to look as though his face is much scarier than it is.
Personality: A rather rough individual who recently moved back from America. Speaking briefly to him would reveal that he's fond of hunting and shooting. He's kind of a dick though.
Weapons of choice: The Poisonous Combat-Reacher: It's pretty much a Smith and Wesson Model 29 with red colored tubes running along the barrel. The grip has a bio-hazard symbol on it.
Magic power: Blood manipulation, using blood to make tools.

Backstory: Recently moved from the land of California where he tended to pass the time with swimming, fishing, and hunting on occasion, Hyousuke is rather irritable and somewhat unfriendly. As a result hardly anyone knows him and there is always some manner of rumor going on about him. He tends to go out to arcades and movies for fun by himself. Needless to say, he's barely civilized.
