The food that gets donated, would probably be donated from the rich so not much grief would be caused. It means that while his potential is low, he won't be turning into a witch probably, and he would survive more fights because of it.Except he specified "donated" (meaning it has to be given away to them) and failed to specify who by. I mean, sure, it could be by the rich, but, well, QB.
