Akroma said it's like gun laws. That means that besides no one needing a license for it in most of the south you need a license everywhere else or you literally are a walking violation.

Look at it this way, would a resonable character in X-Men think that the regulation is humane? If the answer is no then obviously it's not a good idea. That said I still can't bring myself to think that making people get registered to do something they can't control is inhumane and I will not be playing a game in this new bullshit world.

How is it at all legal to monitor people who can for example move a spoon one foot at exactly migldnight? Because that's magic as well and that would be something that needs to happen according to your suggestion.

World peace between the mundane and supernatural. I've said this multiple times. They don't use violent methods unless they need to.

IRIS continues advancing it's agenda as well as combining the best of magic and technology while Kyle goes into hiding while his mental state slowly deteriorates from the tentacles and lack of civilization. And he might improve his armor further. Who knows.
