((What about the trick missiles? I did specify that in addition to regular missiles there were missiles that go back at the target if they miss and the missiles that drop bombs instead of actually doing missile things.))

Kyle briefly questions the tactical value of doing that when she could plant a tracking device in a fake attack.

Then he puts the missiles in the workshop as none of those people are very good choices to give highly dangerous materials that could go off if misused to.
