Metal Mask:  Provides +1 protection and makes it nearly impossible for police and actual super heroes to recognize you on the streets.
Throwing weapon:  Takes a minus one to being used always but on the upside it's flexible and no one thinks you can use them as well as you do.
Ranged weapon:  For fighting at a range. Takes a minus two to being used in melee.
Melee weapon:  You have to avoid getting hit while you get in range but once you do get in...
Parkour enhancing tools:  Grants you a plus five to parkour checks. Useful for stalking criminals and running away.
Comfortable clothes: Good clothes makes you feel better about everything you do. +1 to checks if failed by one.
Shocking item:  An item that always stuns enemies for one turn per combat.

Sneaky:  +5 to stealth rolls.
Convincing:  +4 to convincing others
Distracting: May distract an opponent once per combat.
Badass:  When criminals see you the quake in their boots. At least is the roll less than ten.
Theif:  You know how to open things others can't. Plus 5 to lockpicking or other B&E related rolls.
Mugger:  You know how to pick 'em. Recieve more loot when refiling through foe's pockets.

Cool down:  When you strike someone you deal +2 ice damage. The downside being that you can only do it once. Also can cool down a soda with ease.
Like it hot:  Like the above but for fire damage. And lets you heat your coffee just how you like.
X used strength!:  You hit with a plus one and can lift things that weigh up to 150 pounds. And you're really effin buff!
Faster:  You can move faster than any normal person. Plus 2 dodge rolls. Also makes your travel time take three fourths the normal amount.
