Personal information: Kyle was an honest business man. He worked slums doing work for cheap no matter who it is he was working on. He eventually fell for a woman he worked on... She was a thug in one of the local gangs. It went great for a while, about a year before tragically she was killed in a fight with some UWM peace keepers. He worked through the pain of the loss as he slowly built up a rep with some friends that could get him a reasonable chance of getting out of jail. He had known that the leader of the group that killed her would need to go in for an operation. The doctor who was originally going to do it went on vacation and Kyle stepped in for him. The leader went on to die during the operation, for all intents and purposes it would seem like it was a simple mistake that could have been avoided. In actuality it was a carefully planned murder. The charge for it had been life in jail but an associate of his got him changed to being put on to the HMRC instead. It will remain to be seen if that was a definite improvement.
