Yuri had a persona as well...

And yeah, Kyle's armor is the onlything affecting his stats right now. If you EMPed it then it would only be armor and not powered armor.

Also, Kyle doesn't seem to take only half damage compared to everyone else. In fact, Kyle seems to have taken the exact same amount of damage as others if I remember right.

((Kyle is strong against lightning and weak to fire. Go figure.))

That would have to be recognized by the character as well and also agravate the problem. With personas.

elf could balance out by making the random a bit biased, and rerolling to give weaker perks to stronger abilities

And how would that make it fair to the persona players who have the crummy personas, and the fact that they might not get the perk as evidenced by Kyle's last level up?

Only if everyone else agrees to get severely limited abilites as well.

Perks are random. The physical resistance was VERY lucky.

If you have a persona you can only have one, but you can travel through TVs and can gain a perk on level up. If you gain it after you have magic you can use it to boost said magic or do one other thing.

Make a persona user. Kyle needs someone to go on TV world trips with.
