Begin putting extra research into renewable energy.

Begin making plans for increasing infrastructure. Maybe a train line like in Japan... It would also make a lot of new jobs ya know.

Foreign affairs

Offer to form a coalition against the DRPK.

If it would be efficient offer political asylum to the Ukraine.

Accept open borders with Mexico.
