God is a really nice fella but sadly can't stop all bad people because that would remove the reason he gave everyone free will. So after a few days of bad people he decides to give people super powers. He thought that would solve all his problems and took a short nap. A short nap being a few million years and several civilizations time. When he woke up he realized that the whole powers thing didn't solve anything as good guys and bad guys were pretty similar due to the fact that both sides had supers and neither had supers that knew how to control their powers. So, he ends up making the ACADEMY. And yes, it is in all caps due to a universal law he made to make sure everyone knew what was being referred to. So he starts teaching the supers that want to be taught and things get better. The ACADEMY is composed of two parts. The dorms where everyone sleeps and makes merry. And the CITY. The city is a place where the supers learn how to use their powers through the most practical method possible, HANDS ON EXPERIENCE.
