-It has to cosplay in embarassing outfits.
-Keith gets absolute control of it.
-Keith owns all its shit by proxy.
-It must act as Keith's representative to other eldritch entities.
-Keith can ask it to provide parts and materials.
-It can not harm or otherwise inconvenience anyone on Earth ever again either directly or indirectly.
-It has to write fanfiction.
-It agrees to do its best to become a brony.
-It agrees to try and convince its associates to not interfere. It will protect people from its associates.

If you want to continue defining the contract that'd be fine. It just gets more and more sarcastic as it goes since it wasn't meant to actually be singed.
