I don't know, it actually sounds like something right out of a plot, like, the ex-criminal is trying to keep the whole criminal thing on the down low but things keep coming up related to it while the journalist is slowly piecing it together but would rather he just says it out right instead of sneaking about with it.

It's not wrapped around in its entirety, it's a giant eldritch tentacular thing reaching out of a rip of void or something.

And yet we're making school girls fight it.

I'm with the ER-related Oro camp, although I'd also be down for ER:  Revengence mostly because I want to play a Rogue cop Archetype and I don't feel that would do well in Oro.
