I should change that to you appear to be made of void. Think more that dark Link guy from the one LoZ game. You are more colored like void and aren't actual void. Otherwise you effectively would just be a spot of vacuum. Also this is a convenient way to tell you guys there is no such thing as darkness magic because it is just nothing and is quickly filled.

If the GM had counted the effects that would have on him then I would have won! This is why I prefer the old system. I could hit people in the crotch and not have to worry so long as I rolled well.
