To answer the second question first, that is really cliche and really, what AIs do that anymore? And to answer the first question
I just want to try an experiment with you.
What kind of experiment?
The kind where I make an artificial brain for you to access from the network and plug it into an extra clone, probably one of the
captain's clones.
And why would you want to do that?
And why specifically the Captain? I'll make my own damn body, if you don't mind. From the crew manifest the ship's crew is
sufficiently diverse I'm unlikely to attract too much attention.
Why would I want to do it is not of your concern beyond the offer.
And the captain because then you can get in almost anywhere, but if you can make your own body then go right ahead.
