Oh, and I'd just go look up the setting, but it's probably quicker to just get the cliffs notes version, and because I have no idea which setting it is. I don't really recognize any of the settings people come from that aren't explicitly stated either.
And I think you have all the info you need. Mostly because if you aren't in the know it's pretty much just modern Japan and boring as shit.

For forgettable face, people just... can't remeber what he looks like. I count this as a perk because it means that people can't track him down as easily due to there being tons of people like him.

Oceanus nods to the katawa shoujo before resuming in the comforting of the mage girl... Oceanus is actaully quite nice to hug. He's kind of soft and smells like nature.
