"Easy as dicks to avoid though. I mean, we're talking about something that has to make the most of one night to find someone to eat. I'd be a bit cross about it to if that were the case. Of course, you're not going to see me picking a gargoyle over something that's actually docile, like a Kobold."

Kyle doesn't seem to notice the two talking as he continues.
"It was actually quite horrible, I was just on the cusp of my 30th birthday when it happened. And you know, if a man is a virgin for 30 years he becomes a wizard. That's what I always to be, so I could get back at the church and the chief God without having to worry about my own safety for the most part. Anyways, apparently the gargoyle was working with a particularly cruel Demoness. She kept me locked down tight as a paladin's drawers until and hour from midnight before she took me. Well, she tried, she left out some books on how to properly bind and seal a demon in the room she was keeping me, I guess she wasn't able to read, so I did that, realized that I could have just been a warlock... and now I'm here painting creepy symbols on a wall in a druid compound."

Uh, important things are... You're helping pirates find the mead from hell, you're currently finding two bits that unlock the way to an artifact that you need to do so, the group has 'decided' to stop and help some druids since they were passing by, and now Kyle may or may not be elaborating on how he was kidnapped by a gargoyle as he makes the portal to find the missing houses.

Kyle looks up from his drawing.
"Well, sometimes it's poisonous blood, so you need to check for that... Uh, normally it isn't though. Anyways, I find it's a good intimidation tactic to go into an unknown place with teeth that are faintly bloody. Uh... Also, on one occasion I acidentally found something with sweet blood. Don't recall what it was but I liked the taste of it. Anyways, I can make some wings for you. Need demon parts to do it though. Might also be able to draw the mass from Desmona, but that would weaken both of us... Eh, wouldn't matter much though, so I guess that's fine."

Kyle nicks the vein as before and allows the blood to drip into the bowl as he goes to retrieve a bandaid from his robes. He hands it to Dackly as he tests the blood. He does so by tasting it. After swishing it around in his mouth a little he nods and spits it into the bowl again before going over to a wall and drawing... a pentacle. Huh, then that other one must have been one as well. Weird.

Goldy towels off as she walks to class. On the outside she maintains her facade of happiness, but inside she is dissapointed. She's disappointed that she wasn't praised more by Mr. Strider.
I'll have to work harder to impress Sensei.
