"Oh yeah, the true sight thing. It's like some kind of Magic X-ray I think?"

Dom was in the common room waiting at this time. Partly because he wasn't quite comfortable with someone using true sight and the third eye and whatever on him. Who knows what kind of magic cancer that could give you. After all it was basically like X-raying someone's soul right? That's what his dad said. Which probably made it wrong in hindsight. But there was the possibility, a stopped clock and all that. The other reason was that he assumed true sighting multiple people at once would be bad for one's psyche. Probably. At the very least it'd probably be worse than doing only one person... But then, that did mean Alex was all alone in there... with a vampire... Well, hopefully the call of the void wouldn't hit him while he was out.

Ragnar nods at Haruko's comment. He personally thought refering to herself as an object was weird even if it was in context, but he also has spent hours looking at ants on accident... That was a good day.
"Ah, of course. Still, might be useful if we had someone at least look it over. See if there's any possible side effects or tracking devices. Or just if it needs a power source to recharge."

"If they're actually people do you think they have some kind of implant to teleport them away when they're sufficiently damaged? Could be that you're getting lucky and hitting them."
Ragnar is silent for a moment before coughing.
"Er, never mind that's a dumb idea isn't it...?"

Kyle stares at the pillar. He blinks for a moment before looking around. He silently puts away the flail.
"That was always like that."
