I'm finished my character sheet, so I'm good to go whenever everyone else is. Dargran's backstory will be revealed in game.

The firebolt guy responds to the merchant's accusation by saying,

After thinking for a moment, the merchant shoots him again with the stun weapon, and then goes and rummages around in the back of the cart for a few seconds, before returning with a scroll. He speaks an incantation in a powerful voice, and a fiery rune blazes into existence over firebolt guy's head.



The merchant finishes the spell by stating the precise conditions of the Mark.

Meanwhile, some very disjointed conversation takes place. Dak goes into exposition NPC mode and the nice adventurer continues her earlier thread of conversation by starting to tell her life story while Rikrin offers her the loot.

Amulet of Strangulation: Doesn't actually strangle anyone, that's just an inside joke from the dev team. In fact, it doesn't do anything. Literally, it does not do anything. Nope, not even that. Or that. That thing you just thought it might do? Can't do that either.

Oh yeah, gods. Are we using the Fate Sages, or the traditional pantheon? And is this set in Ekris?

Turns out that it was under the "spells" section of the Druid class entry. Would've thought? ::)

Anyway, fixed it, and on an entirely unrelated note, I also decided that I wanted to roleplay a dwarf with 4 charisma. To justify this, he almost exclusively talks in Sylvan, and usually just to himself, and always in third person. I'm assuming that Sylvan doesn't have a written component, so he'll use Dwarvish for writing.

Regarding the "A Long Days Night" thing, what exactly does the arrangement of the various coloured question marks mean? Also, are the things listed in the turn report an exhaustive listing of what we can do at the moment or can we perform other actions (within reason)?

I can't cast zero level spells because my wisdom is too low? Or are those two separate issues?
You straight up can't cast spells.

I'm thinking I should go read the spell casting rules. Maybe reading those before making a spell caster as a character would have been a good idea, but better late than never, right?
I cannot find this rule. Could someone tell me where to look, or just explain it?
