I so would. Cause I love this idea that much. Especially the pressure plate part  :)

Derail:
I'm wondering if Fenrir and Armok even read the OP. He wasn't talking about your precious ASCII Characters  (Which still aren't ASCII seeing as how they are rendered in OpenGL) He stated pretty clearly he was more interested in allowing more control over the interface.

Re-rail:
I've been playing since the Z level was introduced and I would love to be able to move the various windows so I could display more information in an easier to read layout. If this became an option I think I would have the play window on the top. The commands and maps would be below that. I'd be able to have all three on screen at the same time while still maximizing play window size. <3

How about a construction that allows the varied height. That way you don't have to worry about that information being tracked for every square.

Does that make all that much difference?  If so this game has just cause another small part of my brain to explode in joyous abandon. How much of a modifier do those personality traits have on moods?

or both?

hehe seriously though. I was just starting a new fortress 2 days ago and thought "I always bring pretty much the same shit, I wish I could save these things." This will cut it and is greatly appreciated

I'm also interested in knowing whether you were running a steam game at the time or not. Also, start talking to them...you can even link them to a file in question. Alternatively, if you have the time or money you can try to sue and see if you win :/   I'd check their EULA but I find it highly unlikely they can take back those things they sold you (online service) for running programs that don't have anything todo with your game.
