He did say earlier that you can be trained.

You just need somebody to do it, for instance I can train any of you to summon.

They are.

Outside of combat mana doesn't drain so they can be active all day long without a problem.

Not seems to think. Did. I did it before we left the tavern and the strong one is near our destination.

I sensed out the whole way.

Yeah I did notice that which is why I decided not to use zombies at all and bind any minions I take.

Meaning all but my pups are subject to the summon limitation and the pups are over a year from combat ready.

(( I have no idea lol but my math is right. I just realized, why am I using fire on an undead monster. I'm a necromancer....))

Forget fire spell, force the chimera to sit down and stay still with necromancer magic.

(( The others can't move right? ))

Not including that 1 then.

The other 4 are all low level. Spider woman is level 2, so is snake man neither had any protection and the other 2 aren't much stronger.
Even a rookie summoner could handle them.

The major 1 has a guardian. It's summoner didn't die at random it was placed there which could explain it. But unlikely.

That makes no sense.

I'm collecting them so if they are all like me and a gnoll was 1 they'd have been collected years or decades ago.

I went through all of this with the gm a while ago.

MY senses are fine, outside of combat if I'm meditating my senses will pick up any summon in the area I'm focusing on summoned or not. I detect the summons presence not it's body and since that presence is attached to the summoner it's bound to. Nobody in the area I searched is a summoner.

I did already say there might be one outside of the area I was checking but given rarity it's doubtful especially when factored in with 5 summons in the area none of which had been bound. What summoned would ignore that chance?

Besides given that I found a powerful stone thats very nearby to where we're going if one of the gnolls was a summoner it would already be bound and it's not. So the odds of a summoner being nearby with it plus the other 4 all sitting ripe for the picking is very slim.

Uhm yeah it kinda does, the summons presence is linked directly to the summoner. Thats how summoners work when they have a summon bound into a stone to big to move.

A summoner who has a summon is bound to it no matter how far from the stone they might be. Any summoner worth his salt has at least 1 summon and I'd sense it's presence. If one of them is a summoner he's so junior he'd probably explode if he tried to summon a demon.

If they were summoners I'd feel it bud. He's the one who set the rule that summoners can feel summons to begin with. Maybe 1-2 of them that I didn't see can but not all.

Nope sorry. Summoners can feel summons and I can feel them better then most. I'd have noticed.

A book? That can teach you to summon demons? Summoners are extremely rare and books on summoning even more so.

Good luck with that considering we're marching into the middle of nowere.

Well I see 1 glaring problem.

I'm the only one here who can actually summon demons :P.
