DF Dwarf Mode Discussion / Requested Map

Would anyone here like to take up a challenge and create me a map that doesn't have any dwarves on it. Could you tell me the map parameters needed to achieve this? That may sound silly, but I want to start with 7 dwarves and only add population by birth for a challenge. Thx
