I don't know what exactly happened, by my helmet's emissive broke:


The new game mode seems alright, and the boss is mostly functional so far. I've already ground out Wisp's parts. Farming hexenon will probably be longer, since my best run was after a half-hour in Disruption, and I walked away with only about ~150 of the stuff.

My work also printed some temporary tattoos of Stalker. Probably for Tennocon.

I accidentally fisted a box of safety pins, and let me tell you, that is not safe. I was making some buttons today, and swapped out an empty box for a full one, but muscle memory kicked in and I tried to stuff my hand in too hard.

Alright, some changes to it, and some textures. The guard isn't connected to the bottom of the handle any more. It's also few inches longer; it should be within real-life measurements, but probably still a bit on the shorter end, if I'm understanding Blender's measurement system correctly.

Managed to make it out to the class event today, and left feeling worse than I arrived.

I had to leave early as well, but I doubt staying later would have helped.

A demo reel showing for my class isn't actually in the school. I have no idea how I'm going to get into the city for the showing.

My dad is pissed that the venue they rented is 'some scummy bar downtown'.

I was starting work on a sword when I accidentally hit undo on the object view screen, and somehow lost the history. Here's what I had, anyways.

20 minutes before my class ended, I got a text from my mom saying that I had to leave and go to her boyfriend's house. I thought there was an emergency or something, but no. My mom just decided to call me over, because she thought I'd rather run out of class early to go to the house than make my way home and spend a quiet evening on my own.

Wednesdays are the one night a week I get to spend time by myself, with no-one to hover over my goddamn shoulders, and my mom knows I don't like coming to her boyfriend's house, but she made me come over on a whim.

I tried to create a better orrery.


Evidently, I'm still not very good at converting videos to gifs. This isn't meant to be so small. Oh well. Probably better than posting a full-sized 50+mb gif.

Edit: apparently tumblr thinks that this orrery is adult content. I just got an email notification about this piece, but nothing shows up when I go to 'review flagged posts', like the email suggests I do.

I'm not one to double-post, but I've done some more stuff. Mostly a Cthulhu decal to eat up space on the wall, but I've got fake lightshafts, as well as some particles.

I've gotten an email from someone claiming to be from a site I post my 3d models on, asking me to sell things on their store. But I don't believe it, since my account on the actual site itself hasn't received any messages.
