You could use an interaction on a shield with DFhack's ItemSyndrome, that creates pain and bleeding. Off the top of my head, I'm not sure of any other way.

The boiler is ACI one and the heating shell just rusted through and now it's leaking slowly.It exploded and then the leaking water froze?Thats a good one.. So no one else does not notice anything strange on that picture besides the "mummy" pipes?Have a priest bless your main water inflow pipe. Guaranteed mummy-pipe-free for 90 days.Not sure if I should add any words to describe the current situation in my attic or not..Yup, you've got mummy pipes alright.

And the fact that the attic has temperatures like -16C or so.. well yeah.. water froze and only center hole in the bucket didn't thats where the water leaked to.. Getting new boiler tomorrow
EDIT: "Mummy" pipes are all alright
We'll follow this slide back to that small bucket over there then.
