But you, me, and all of us know that it happens, A LOT. I mean, it's bound to happen so often that is good they leave it aside, otherwise it would be an deeply disturbing erotic series instead of being sci-fi & fanstasy.

The only mention of "rape" I can recall is what those disorder vacuum seamen did to some woman in order to them to give birth to more disorder vacuum seaman, and I think it wasn't even rape perse, but they basically became mutated living wombs or something, I don't know how they got pregnant and do not want to find out either.

Oh the thing Honsou did with the Daemonculaba, that was technically much worse than rape.

Harder to do as pagan, since you're not reformed and the Christians are very, very slow to convert. Or at least that's the experience I had in the Old Gods start in Britain as vikings. Although of course there you start with event troops so at least the initial war is pretty easy.

Easier with modded in Celtic pagans than vikings, since the holy sites needed to reform are at least in Britain that way.

Reformed pagans in general can stomp Britain flat once they gain a foothold there.

1. If you're talking about the Dais, those are generic slaves. Not even sure they're human.
2. 40k may be grimdark, but GW also keeps it pretty clean. I would see zero mention of rape anywhere in it and pretty much feel uncomfortable just by You saying it.

They are human, just not specific to any faction since they're for fantasy and 40k. Same hairstyle as Sisters though, I think GW just wasn't good at feminine hair at the time, they're a really old sculpt.

And yeah, they do try to keep sex in general out of the setting. Even in Fantasy, which is often darker than 40k they only implied it in the Chaos Warriors and Beastmen books, while all the others just avoid it entirely.

Wow, Buddhist outside of India is kind of brokenly OP. I just did a Charlemagne start as a Buddhist in Ireland for kicks (never really did an Irish start before). By the time my first ruler died I'd conquered all of Ireland, made it a Kingdom, converted most of the subjugated lords, and had converted several provinces. And since you get to pick your heir, I was able to choose a middle son with Quick instead of one of the sub-par elder sons.

Also, my ruler died at 60 to a heart attack during sex with his young second wife. First time I've seen that event happen!

Any non-Christian in Britain is pretty brutal really. Once you get Holy Wars you can sweep all the tribals into a nice little package and start stamping on the English petty kings until you have a nice little heathen bastion just off the coast of France ready for a big sweep into the Catholic heartlands.

Every human miniature range they do is sadly lacking in women. I'd like to see some female cultist minis running around, but all 40k really has for human women is sisters of battle and one or two inquisitors.

Similar story with Fantasy Empire, Bretonnia and Chaos. Despite having units that are basically rabble gathered from the masses no one seems to use women as anything other spellcasters.

Plenty of women in the Elf/Eldar ranges though. Might be because they're newer than most of the Guard range.

Finland is closed because communist unions are refusing to let the good people work for the greater good.

Approximately 30 000 individuals, at least 90% of them anarchist infiltrators, have showed up at the raucous and disorderly riot demonstration.

Damning evidence from the anarchists' Twitter feed:

I rather like the person dressed as Ronald's sign. Made me chuckle a bit.

The creation of the Space Marines and their Primarchs was as much magic as it was science, the Emperor is implied to have stolen power from the Chaos Gods to create the Primarchs, and a little of the magic present in their nature was passed to the marines, with even more being added by the chaos gods attempts to take vengeance on the Emperor for the theft.

In theory geneseed could work on women if it's not based on affecting the sex chromosomes in any way, but since geneseed acceptance is highly dependent on hormone levels, anatomy, diet and a whole bunch of other stuff the rejection rate in female subjects would probably be too high to be worth bothering with considering how few males actually survive implantation with geneseed. Add in the spiritual connection to the Primarchs/Emperor involved in geneseed (Night Lords and Blood Angels being prime examples) and it's possible that only men can become space marines due to something about the way souls work in 40k.

Of course it really just doesn't work in women because the guys who made it up were just writing according to a bunch of narrative tropes and knew bugger all about science, with ad-hoc justifications being slapped on as the fluff got more fleshed out over the years.

As for sticking it in xenos/ imitating it... BWAHAHAHAHAHA!  :P

Even the Dark Eldar Haemonculi don't actually know (or care) anything much about geneseed and other marine organs other than as a delicacy to eat or a mild scientific curiosity. They already have science/magic that surpasses the techniques used to make geneseed by far, they just limit it with their concepts of elegance and art. They can literally turn flesh and bone into an inert clay like substance and sculpt it  into different shapes and tissue types according to their whims as long as they have time and the necessary equipment.

The Tau could in theory make some roided up Tau supersoldiers, but genetics isn't their strong point. The Earth Caste serve as their scientists and they specialise in architecture and engineering, with which they bypass the need for supersoldiers. Who needs Tau supersoldiers when a battlesuit does most of the same things and is more mass produceable after all.

Corbyn is counter to the agenda of most of the British people.

So is basically every political party, none of them can get even as much as 40% of the vote in an election. (SNP being the exception, with 50% of the Scottish vote and still rising in the polls for the Holyrood elections.)

Corbyn is an odd case in that he has the support of a huge number of Labour members and their non-member supporters, but almost none among the Labour MPs and the previous Shadow Cabinet or the pro-Labour media. His victory in the party election was very much a blow to the established Labour leadership and their ideology, and also a blow to the right wing parties of Britain in general since it opens up the possibility of a very different political landscape they would have to campaign in.

For about 20-25 years now all the major parties have had the same fundamental ideology and little variation in their policies. A Socialist being elected to lead the opposition party is quite a turn of events and is drawing as much attention as the SNP rise did, though with just as much if not more mudslinging being done by the news companies and political figures that benefited from the status quo that is at risk.

Corbyn is counter to the agendas of most of the British media, a lot of the Labour party's (former) leadership, the incumbent government and the various groups that have benefited from the current state of affairs, most of which are corporations that were able to negotiate special arrangements with the major parties in the past, so they're all kicking up a stink to try and influence public opinion.

Of course now that he's in charge of Labour and the right wing elements of the party have no way to legitimately oust him I expect they'll gradually drift from public sight or fall in behind him, though I wouldn't count on much sincerity from them in their support, and as that happens we'll settle into the normal Labour vs Cons petty bickering with each being backed by the partisan newspapers, rather than some of the pro-Labour papers trying to sabotage Corbyn.

I just wanted to respond to this balant Tauaboo but then I realized someone already did. While this isin't exactly as I would put things and some of them could be explained better (The Marines that eat brains is old lore, IIRC, (apart from those ones that just eat them for keks) they do it to acquire the memories and knowledge of person that brain belonged to. Yeah, you can clearly see Rogue Trader vibes here, so I'm pretty sure it might not be canon anymore...), but you're doing the Emperor's work anyway.

Brain eating is still canon, it features in a couple of Black Library books and is mentioned in vague fashion in the RPGs and so on.

For example, there's a scene in Siege of Castellax where a squad of Iron Warriors have to decide who's has to eat an Orks brain so he can fly one of their planes. It's actually more than a little funny in a dark way.

Integration is a strange thing.

Most of the non-native descended people I've met here in Scotland seem to identify as Scottish, unless they descend from elsewhere in Britain.

If I remember correctly, echidna's have a penis that resembles a spiked mace. Been a while since I saw one though, so I may be misremembering.

Saw one of a documentary once, was more than a little puzzled at how it was supposed to use it.

A more modern one might be F.E.A.R. 2.

I found this far funnier than I should have.  :P

So I just took a gander at my brother's Byzantine game, and religion has got weird.

With the schism mended Catholicism has basically died out except in north Britain, Europe is entirely Waldensian, except for the Orthodox territories of the Byzantine Empire.

Scandinavia has been largely conquered by Finnish and Baltic pagans, resulting in the gradual decline of Germanic paganism.

Meanwhile the Sunnis are calling huge armies of steppe warriors from their allies into their wars against the Empire. The freaking Mongol horde event troops are helping them in a Jihad for some reason.

Waldensian rebellions are tearing through my brother's empire, stretching his armies thin even as a 50k doomstack of event troops stampedes around the middle east backed up by the Caliph's armies.

Oh cool, I thought you guys missed out on MF/FF's.

We lose all the non-transport tanks instead, no predators, vindicators.

Also lost a few infantry units like havocs and chosen.

Also no Warpsmiths or Dark Apostles.
