Aye. It's not quite verboten to mention, but discussion is... unwise.
You mentioned that there were lots of dead goblins and trolls, were they all dead? Or just some? The site may have been raided and destroyed, but those few children were spared or simply escaped. Possibly because they were prisoners? That would be interesting.

I tend to play either 1) a sort of neutral good right hand man type, or 2) a roaming explorer/hermit. I also throw in the occasional chaotic evil omnicidal maniac (usually when character type 2 manages to become a necromancer) who won't rest until every last one of [Target Group] is dead, and then jumps into a volcano or something when I get bored of him or his mission is over.
So I'm usually moral, but power corrupts.

You can't even play infection anymore, in my opinion. Everyone just votes for Sword Base and camps at the very back of that little hallway on the ground level with the lift up to the top. Honestly, where's the fun in that? SWAT and big team deathmatch is where the fun is.

Haul each and every one, one at a time, to a coffin deep in the catacombs below the fortress. The process takes 7 months, as Urist is the fortress' dedicated mortician. Everyone else complains about the miasma, but as Bomrek McBloodymess was a new migrant, nobody knew him so nobody cares.
