Spoiler: Charecter Idea (click to show/hide)

1008
It being dormant means it is even harder to work with, since there is sealing in it on top of the magic and other stuff.

One errant notch on a ritual knife could ruin the magic normally, and now, the magic isn't even active to somehow resist damage to it.

You could Unseal it if you had the magic to do so, and by extension, it would be easier to craft with.

Aight, that bumps bloodstone ring's Mat level to 10, and Ritual Knife's Mat level to 7.

Faded Blood Ring: Another heirloom, stolen by Ishtari on his way out of the den. It supposedly grants the wearer the power to absorb the blood of enemies, and use it to power up attacks, it may just be heresay however.

Passive Effect: Inflicts 1d2 Health and Stamina Damage for 1d4 Turns after a successful strike.
Traits: Wickedly sharp: Add Bleed Passive, this is negated if the item has been dulled.
Ritualistic: Unknown effect, if any, it holds some significance.
Dormant: This object, if it were magic, Is sealed in any case.  The user must first fulfill certain criteria to use this item's Magical effects.
Mat Level = 7

Replacing or adding to their current trait?

1012
Yeah, but their effects are limited to nonexistent, and they don't have a TV show or advertising medium as far as i know.

1013
The bloodstone ring and Ritual knife Potentially have magic, but it is not specified, since no magic items to start.

Mat level only matters if you make something out of it or upgrade it somehow.  The Ritual Trait is what you were wanting, whether it is or it isn't actually magic, it is still a ritual knife, applicable for rituals.

The bloodstone ring could just be placebo effect, but the point is it does what it says.

5d4 would work. woulden't it?

A Zweihander: Such a large weapon, will you swing it even once before your death?
Item Name: Zweihander

Passive Effect: Incredibly heavy: This weapon has a windup of 1 turn by default, attacks made with it happen next turn.

Incredibly Heavy by design: Add Incredibly Heavy Passive, and Greater -attack- passive
Mat Level: 3

I would assume the more popular a card game is, the more effective it is in conflicted duels, also, is there a kamen rider card game?

"Thanks, I just really needed a coffee for some reason." she slumps on the counter, dealing with her heavy stuff.

She drinks the thing while Gozer stores his for later.

Eventuyally, the lady is thanked, and the two are back on the road.

1016
MTG can literally open a door to oblivion, so yeah.

Hence why police forces were made almost immediately of the best and brightest of players.

1017
Yes to both, Beyblade is included in that and it does not even have cards.

Basically competitive toys and card games become real.

This may even include things like Hearthstone, tamagotchi, and those old scanner beasts.

1018
You could use one of my old setting ideas, "All card games and related games become real suddenly, police forces crop up to combat people using card for evil with scientifically calculated decks, if two decks or systems are composed of the same game, the rules function like that game, in it's respective show of course, but if they are different, the creatures involved simply become real, with each player being limited to their own rules on their side.  Aside from that, if there is no contest taking place, players can play "solo" manifesting the cards in reality for whatever purpose they have.  Relics and things from each show or media also pop up, such as legendary bey-blades, the Millennium objects, access to the shadow realm, wild pokemon, and ect."

1019
Yeah, that should be fine, they both agree to those drinks

The Donchaka proudly show off their stuff to Lupapon, not bad for a few minute's work.

The Donchaka look where they could buy gear related to professional football of this world.
