Species: Uhh, whatever species a Toa actually is?
Class: Toa of Water
Reference Material: BIONICLE, specifically anything pertaining to Toa of Water.  Gaaki was somewhat inspired by Nokama in particular, and/or Halhi.
Physical Description:  Take a vaguely humanoid robot-ish looking figure that's nonetheless biological.  Make them blue.  Like, completely blue.  Put some armor on key portions.  Give them a mask that gives them a power that is essentially magic, and element-related powers.  Then yeah.
This one has sort of, wing-shaped fins on their back for swimming and looking cool.  In a departure from the usual color scheme, they are actually silver.  Also, their head (or, well, mask?) is shaped strangely in a way, like it's more ovoid-like-a-football than ovoid-like-a-head, with a line of small ridges running down the center.

Blades: They're not really blade-shaped.  But they're melee weapons and they're sort of slicey.  In addition to maybe being a power conduit.  Sort of like if you took a scythe, mirrored it, and gave it an oversized hilt.

Armor:It's armor.  It may or may not be worn almost constantly.

Mask of Fate:Allows the wearer to perform at their physical peak when worn.  I don't know what that does mechanically.

Avoidance reflex: When fighting at range, consumes Elbow Grease equal to automatically attempt to dodge.

Weakness hunter: Activated effect that lasts for one day against one opponent/one enemy type, and DOUBLES the damage dealt to them at the cost of pontification points As he searches for and automatically targets the weakness of that foe. Other allies also gain a 1.5 damage multiplier as he conveys information of the weaknesses.

Connections: In any applicable locations, the user may spend Time and PP to locate Weapons sales, with the specifications altering the likelyhood.

Medieval Russian Armor - Worn by Prince Executus first in his battles of Russia. Despite their age and seeming impracticality in a modern age, their masterful (perhaps mystical?) design has ensured that it has stayed in good condition even when he has waged war across time and dimensions, whether helping the Aztecs fend off the Conquistadors, intervening in the Spanish-American war, or fighting those with powers as arcane and mysterious as his own.

Royal Russian Curved Sword - A precious family heirloom, it's handle is encrusted with gems.

Wings - Given to him when he visited The Great Creator of the Aztec people and asked for assistance. Two white wings extend out of his shoulderblades and allow him to fly, up to a top speed of about 30/MPH.

Abilities:

Trans-dimensional Painting Transportation: Prince Executus can open up a portal by placing his hands directly on it. The portal will lead to the world inside of the painting, and how detailed and complex this world is depends on the painting's quality and the amount of effort and creativity put into it by its artist. (For example, if a city was painted by a 5-year old, inside it might contain a few simple buildings and be rather small. A city by a master artist, however, would not only contain a real, breathing city, but most likely an entire world, perhaps a whole universe within the painting.) The worlds within the paintings are do not "truly" exist on their own, but rather they are a manifestation of the artist's imagination that comes to life when Executus opens up a portal, so even paintings portraying the real world will not be an exact copy of the reality in which they exist in. (Example: Executus went into an Aztec painting of The Great Creator to contact that God. The Great Creator didn't actually exist until Executus opened up the portal and went inside that world.) The portal is openly two-ways, allowing free travel between worlds as long as Executus is alive. Executus can also "close" the portal while he is on one side of it, preventing free travel, but this does not entirely close it off, it's more akin to locking a door. The closed portal will appear as a glowing gash in the front of the painting, and a skilled person may have the tools to open it back up, or seal it completely. If the traffic between the portal is very heavy, the portal will grow in size and color to meet the demand. (When Executus was transporting dozens of Aztecs every minute through one portal, it got so bright it created a cylinder of light that shot up into the sky and was visible for miles.)

Despite this power, Prince Executus is not a very good painter, despite many attempts at it in the past in order to exploit his ability.

Inventory:

Yuri - Prince Executus's loyal Boyar servant who has been at his side since his ascension to leadership in Russia to his many battles across many dimensions. Yuri himself, during the Aztec-Conquistador Conflict, became Head Priest of the Aztecs. He has no innate magical abilities unlike his master, but he is a skilled administrator, as he has often taken over Executus's position as a substitute when the Prince was away for whatever reason. He has also developed into a skilled fighter, preferring either one-handed blades or bolt-action rifles. He appears as a balding middle-aged man, fat and muscular, dressed in a lavish fur coat.

Physical Description: A man with somewhat short, rough black hair and of middling height. Wears robust work clothing and what appears to be a welding mask. One arm is completely covered in various brass instruments and such mounted on a base plate; a sort of "utility arm," though it's not actually a replacement; his regular arm is still there.
