First shift the Asynchrony Catalyst, since that apparently didn't end up happening.

Rock the very crops from the soil with your awesomeness. Make sure to call ahead so the nuns denizens don't wear any socks. That could get awkward.

First shift the Asynchrony catalyst. Its weapon form is wasting a precious inventory space.

Suspiciously practical. Doubtless we will regret this. +1.

But... but... I thought we already know why Oric wants the Target dead! So he can suck the very soul from her/his broken body! In all seriousness!

And as entertaining as a magical shopkeeper girl sounds, it would also likely prove fatal to, if not us, our pocketbooks.

35
I still don't see even the slightest problem with giving it to Slog. But since so many are irrationally opposed to the idea, I'll go with the Goombess train. The arguments in her favor were very convincing.

36
Wait, hold on.

I thought javier was just outlining what we all already knew. I thought it was generally accepted that the Target acts as a conduit for the Soul Charge generated during each cycle, and ultimately is supposed to deliver that Charge to Oric by facing him (and perishing) on the final Dungeon Level (exact specifics of that last bit unknown).

Is this not the case? I require an explanation of what is going over my head, if anything.

37
I'd say knowing the GM, odds are 50 or better that it's simply a gag item that permanently consumes an inventory slot in exchange for amusing cosmetics. In which case, we probably don't want one of our powerful characters using it.

38
Where did this silly notion that Illborn can't have soulbound items come from? We've never seen any evidence of this. In fact, we've seen nothing but evidence to the contrary.

Even if spirits can't have them (which we certainly don't know), that means nothing. An Illborn is a living creature with its soul drained dry. A spirit is nothing but the last vestiges of a soul. They can hardly be classified together.

39
Don't you dare give it to Slog.

But... but... why not? I see no better candidate! Even FFS himself has endorsed this course of action, and he would never lead us astray!

+1 Magical Slog Girl!

A Level Up potion also results in a SLVL gain "+1 Soul Level". Also, I think it's also possible to level up a soul by an intense emotional experience.

Do you have a link to the last time this happened? I can't remember the exact phraseology.

41
Surprisingly plausible.

Take Worldmaster to Polydectes!
+1.

Drink Health Potion before doing anything else, there's a hostile Spirit out there somewhere.
+1[/1]

+1 drinking the health potion, that is entirely sensible

+1 for the sake of pyramaconvenience.

43
Alright, I'm convinced. +1 to chugging potions and going to see Polydectes.

44
-1 to use the waifu pendant yet.

I am in agreement. It must be either Al or Cherish.
'
Carry one item in inventory and another over head, go to Hub, drop both items and crab essence, come back and grab other two, go back to hub.

Bring the Pendant and Necktie first.

+1. This seems the most logical course of action.

45
Aw nuts it didn't work. Oh well.

Dodge all incoming attacks! Worldmaster's got this.

+1 to doing this or otherwise defending ourself. Let's let the boss ghost handle the fighting business.
