Buki inwardly bemoans his luck of FINALLY meeting two of his heroes but being stuck with a group of people who don't seem to care that the literal fate of the universe is riding on their shoulders. He shakes it off, noting to gripe about it later, and turns to Tomas. "Darry's fine now. We fixed the problem, and now I'm pilotting Lagann."

Buki turns to Gaen and Eun, shaking his head. "Where the hell WERE you two?! We got called out on a mission!"

Arwen pants. This day was going to leave him with scars. But he couldn't keel over here. Not after all this. He grunted and forced his sword arm into another swing, ignoring the burning spreading across his body, urging him to stop. He'd stop soon, but not until these threats to his companions were gone...

"HRAAAAAAH!" It was more a roar of pain that a yell of triumph, but his sword arm swung towards the cultist!

Due to this, we are able to tap into Spiral Energy, the energy of hope and evolution. However, the overuse of Spiral Energy in recent years has caused a buildup, and once too much energy is used, the energy will go wild, infecting literally every living thing, and will cause every cell in their body to evolve constantly until we are all the size of galaxies. This will, most likely, kill everything in the process and destroy our universe. This phenomenon is referred to as the Spiral Nemesis. Any questions?" Buki snaps a ruler against the wall the punctuate his words. He nabbed it earlier, couldn't remember where from though.
