I don't think anyone's said anything about my current sig, but I've already been sigged once I think.

It's known as the Oppai-Kaiju effect. The islands of Japan generate a sort anti-gravity field, which allows breasts to behave as if in microgravity. It's also what allows Godzilla and friends to become 50 stories tall, and lets ninjas run up the side of a skyscraper.

I called it.
That has about as much credibility as predicting the sun will rise.

Once people could gain great honor and power in society from such things.

I know, it was totally awesome! Then objective logic and reason came along and crushed my hopes and dreams of directing kings at a whim simply because some blood seeking demi-god demanded it, or so I would claim.

Damn age of enlightenment. Ruining my shitty cult.

It's for the best. That's the worst kind of cult. I recommend a fucking cult, if that's what you're going for.

In the days when Sussman was a novice, Minsky once came to him as he sat hacking at the PDP-6.
“What are you doing?”, asked Minsky. “I am training a randomly wired neural net to play Tic-Tac-Toe” Sussman replied. “Why is the net wired randomly?”, asked Minsky. “I do not want it to have any preconceptions of how to play”, Sussman said.
Minsky then shut his eyes. “Why do you close your eyes?”, Sussman asked his teacher.
“So that the room will be empty.”
At that moment, Sussman was enlightened.

I remember it like it was yesterday... only 150 b.c you know? Wandering the country with a band of consorts, demanding tributes of the locals in the form of food, finery and females. I always enjoyed the irony that they would mistreat, and even hate their slaves, and never realise they were just slaves to my own twisted visions, and such visions were slaves to my will. A wonderful chain on which I sat the top of.

Then science sought to break that chain at its weakest link, and my stories were cast to doubt...

I think the best for this would have to be Rex_Nex's avatar. It used to be some kind of sticky, bloody, fang-filled mouth. Now it's almost sickeningly adorable. Any old references to it must look strange.
To derail the topic, Rex_Nex's old avatar was the cannibalism icon from warcraft 3, if my memory serves well.

Quote from: Chesterton
For, in order that men should resist injustice, something more is necessary than that they should think injustice unpleasant. They must think injustice absurd; above all, they must think it startling. They must retain the violence of a virgin astonishment. When the pessimist looks at any infamy, it is to him, after all, only a repetition of the infamy of existence. But the optimist sees injustice as something discordant and unexpected, and it stings him into action.
