Can someone uppload a world where there are metal armor in markets or armor smith shops?

I'm having the same issue...no goods either in metalcrafter shop or armorcrafter shop...

I haven't had this problem but everything seems to be made of silver. If you go to forts you can usually find some weapons and armor lying about.

I think goods production (or maybe display) needs some tweaks; variety seems to be the exception rather than the rule. I end up seeing far more leg and foot garments than anything

For a quick-fix just rob your local capital castle or forts for quality items.  You can easily find superior-quality iron breastplates, helms and whatnot.

It would seem that dwarves are the only ones who can make metal armor.
It is possible to find some dwarves in a human town.

I hope I find some fucking leggings and high boots. You simply wont become an adventurer if you get bolt in the toe

I feel like you should be slapped for that, but considiring this is Dwarf Fortress, that's pretty true.
