I have a space that is used as a doorway to the south/north but also has a stair down in the same spot. I had originally intended these stairs as temporary, but I think I would like to keep them there. However, this is for an execution pit so anyone who survives the fall needs to be able to not get out. Will a forbidden door prevent them from climbing out of the stairs beneath the door?

Nevermind; I can't build the door over the stair without a floor there XD
