My fortress is being roughed by ghost vampires who I burned in magma without thinking the consequences. Now they haunt and murder my dwarves but I cant slab them because they use fake name. I already slabbed over 200 deceased and now I lost count who I didn't slab. Is there a way to find the real name or alternatively turn vampires off in a running game?

You could find it in therapist while he was alive. If you've tried renaming him, he'll show up in the legends under the name you gave him. Apart from those clearly preventive measures I can only recommend you to copy save, abandon and search  him in a history of your fort in legends mode.
