Weisssigh and find something to eat, probably go to a Mcdonalds and question the people there after eating.

1). Well, he did find something to fight, it was just that he awoke a
10,000 year old MEGA DRAGON!, and it's pissed at him.

Ivan MorovApproach the mugging, gun drawn. Order him to back off. Begin firing if the mugger attacks me.
With the AK drawn, he points it at the mugger, telling him to back off from the lady (
1). The mugger executes the woman, and charges towards Ivan. Unlucky for both of you, that
10,000 year old MEGA DRAGON! collapsed a building beside you, crushing both the mugger and you. The damage to Ivan was (
