Both towns and 3079 look to be very promising for alphas.  Though feeding everyone seems rather hazardous in towns and 3079 still needs more overarching goals (maybe base building).  Still pretty awesome.

3079 does have base/fortress building with a construction tool :) More stuff is planned, like mini fighters to fly up into space and fight bigger ships!

I went ahead and got this.

Out of curiosity, where will we be able to get new versions for these games?

We, the developers, will upload the new versions to Desura. Desura will then approve them, and then push them out to you guys. If you have a Desura client installed, the client should notify you went the update is available!

Thank you for your support! :)

What about the stand alone versions that are up for download from the bundle? Will they be updated?

Do you get a Desura key with them?

He's asking if the standalone versions will be updated without needing Desura. you get both options on the download page.

I already have a copy of towns but I activated the whole pack on desura because I thought it was the only way... then after redeeming I can see "activate product" where I can activate an individual product in the bundle and trade away my extra copy of towns... BUT NOOOOO....

Steam and HumbleBundle don't that either. Very annoying...

Bought it!

Will we be able to download updates and stuff from the individual game's websites? Or will all future update have to go through Indie Royale?
