How to assign graphic to creature?

Well I just finish modding my first creature "THE Smulf", and already create a tile set for them.
My problem is I don't understand how to make them use the tile. :-[
I try reading the wiki and really confuse with the graphic table thingly. :'(

Another question if you don't mind
Is it possible to put my Smulf graphic into other graphic pack like Ironhand.

You need to add  two files in raw/graphics

1.thesmulf.png of 16x16 size
2.graphics_Nuttycompa.txt with these contents:

What I still don't understand is the creature raw
This tag -> [CREATURE_TILE: Whatever number it is] How can I know what my tile number is? :-\

Ignore it. You are not using tiles. You are using sprites, which is completely different.

It was Doren :). And by the way, when the creature is dead it looks like its CREATURE_TILE, which may be relevant if you want to see a corpse graphic you can assign a corpse-looking tile.
