I've recently lost my 2nd mayor due to him throwing tantrums, disturbing people and getting killed in return. The only yellow requirement he had was the dining room, on which I was working. Everything else was white. Among personal likings, he complained about lack of royal guards, how do I make those?

having the nobles killed when starting fistfights is something of a annoyance, Toady. It is a bug, right?

Fist fights have a chance of being lethal, but it shouldn't be super common...  they might be having issues with the wrestling code.  Every so often, they find a way to break it and gouge eyes and claw out throats when supposedly it's just a friendly brawl.

Oh, damn. That option wasn't there before. And after I memorized the keys I didn't even look there.

Concerning fist figts, it's actually very common that someone gets atleast yellowly-injured, as far as I've seen. They really need a hit damage limit. :\

it's less that than a vestige of the civil war bug. My sherrif went for a fistfight after healing a broken bone and the entire fort turned out to kill him which led to 3 other dwarves being cut down(along with a whole bunch of "interupted due to Sheriff messages"). The guy he originally started the fistfight with was relatively unharmed with just a few bruises, which i think is intended behavior.

Hrm...  it might be that combined with the wrestling issue I mentioned, setting off that cascade again.
