I realized I never introduced myself. I just popped on and registered a few days ago out of nowhere. I'll start with some of my forum background info:

I've been on forums for about 3-4 years, likely, and my grammar and such has improved exponentially since I have started. Trust me, I used to be terrible

I like to roleplay.
I am part of about 5-6 forums currently.

I found out about DF maybe a year ago? I ran the game, however didn't know what to do with it. My frustration got the better of me and I left. However, recently someone mentioned it, and I decided to try again. This time it worked, and I did a tutorial, and here I am. It's a great game, and I know I've only scratched the surface (pun intended) of the dwarven world. From what I've seen, this forum has many people who ~~aren't noobs~~ use proper grammar too, and are also very helpful with the game itself. I hope to stick around for sometime ^^

Thanks. As for welcoming, it sounded suspiciously like a Fortress name.. I AM NOT READY FOR GOBLINS >:C Ah well, let's go build the barracks
