You need Civ 4 and Beyond the Sword with the newest patch for it. I think the newest was something around 3.19b or something similiar.

The Pyre of the Seraphic is one of the Unique features scattered around Erebus. This particular one is actually the Tomb of the Firegoddess Bhall, which died fighting Mulcarn if i remember it correctly. Usually it's the spawn point of the Orc Civilization although in this case i doubt that we find the Clan of Embers. Anyway the Pyre of the Seraphic contains Fire Mana. Which you can use to teach your mages Fire magic (duh).

Neat, I keep forgetting how different each of the civs are in Fall from Heaven. The whole not-needing-to-eat thing is particularly interesting. Also, a quick fix for the picture size is to add a width or height into the img tag so it looks like:

It doesn't decrease the filesize, it just scales it so it doesn't go way off people's monitors.

The moment the lever was pulled, somebody's pet kitten stepped onto the bridge. I read somewhere that if a cat falls more than 11 stories, it instinctively flares its legs out to increase air resistance. This slows it down enough to stick the landing with relatively minor injuries. In Dwarf Fortress, apparently, cats don't do that.
