Ur-sit I am not dyslexic, but the other two pronunciations sound weird so my mind ignores them :P

Except when I feel like "That can't possibly be the intended pronunciation," and then it's Oo-rist with a slight guttural/Scottish tone (not all ooooo and aaah tone of oo like you're watching fireworks or something).

I suppose somewhere out there is somebody who pronounces it Uh-wrist. *ninja'd* Ha, he beat me to it in fact.
